
Barbara Sanders first established her practice in Apalachicola, Florida in August 1988. She was graduated from the Florida State University College of Law in May 1984 and became a member of the Florida Bar the same year. She served for two years as a law clerk to the then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Florida, William Stafford. After her clerkship, she taught Legal Writing and Research at the FSU College of Law. In her practice, she concentrates in real estate, transactional and litigation, and criminal law, in both State and Federal courts. She has represented the Franklin County School Board since 1988. She has been a Board Certified Criminal Trial attorney since 1999. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Ms. Sanders has resided on St. George Island, Florida, since 1979.
Donna Duncan is a native of Apalachicola, who was graduated from Florida State University College of Law. While attending law school, Donna interned at the Public Interest Law Center and was selected to receive the National Outstanding Clinical Student Award from The Clinical Legal Education Association for client representation and legislative advocacy. Donna practices in the areas of Business, Family Law, Clemency, and Legislative Advocacy.
